Established consultancy firm, Go Global that aims to inspire people through Legos. Ajaif shared some LEGO constructions and explained the stories behind them. She also provided an example of how she used Lego to construct and relate to her personal identity. Ajaif said,” LEGO Serious Play methodology is used to build a model and give it meaning through metaphors." She referred to Lego as problem solving tool that inspires individuals to create. Ajaif mentioned that people don’t really listen but Lego helps by making it easier to listen. "LEGO is used to tell a story,you construct something then try to convince others by telling your story” Ajaif said. The Lego Group certified Tarifa Ajaif, after training at their headquarters. Ajaif has also 10 years worth of experience working with youth and High Education.
