“Employees are the arms and the legs of the company”, this quote explains the idea of employee engagement which was presented by Brenda O’Neil, the Consultant of Internal Communication at the Middle East Public Relations Association.
For many years, the heart of Dubai’s money has been generated from trading, which is depended on logistics.
Brenda O’Neil said; “logistics is relying on operations” In many cases, operations takes 95% of a company work. So, to get the operation system works in a company, you need to communicate with your employees.

Ms. O’Neil indicated that PR students should be aware of their work fields and expect that it is not going to be all about external environment and meeting new people. They should make sure that what they say in public, matches the experience at the company.
