“Minute Women”, this is the name Dr. Ron gave to the girls who were qualified enough to represent Zayed University. His success story with the girls 2 years ago, and now the group is more than qualified to represent not only the University, but the whole United Arab Emirates. Dr. Ron created the Hala Group in an attempt to gather Emarati students to represent the college of communication and media sciences and the university. The Hala members did not only represent the university, but they set the bar high and started creating their own projects which includes the teacher’s survival kits, organizing major’s day, organizing the graduation ceremony, as well as putting TedxDubai Women together.
